Remove Morgana from the game
Even if you play vs bots if you get hit by her Q you're dead. I mean you can dodge it as much times as you want but if you get hit once it's gg. And it's just a basic ability.

i disagree, esp for ahri because her E is not hard cc early game, unless she is maxing E first

But, other than that, why are you people waking up now? She remained the same for the majority of her time in League, and nobody had a problem with this.
Besides, Q isn't her strongest basic skill. Black Shield is the real playmaker for her.
