Mages can use the mini hexdrinker too since it scales with 0.2 ap.

Edit: it's obviously gonna be a one time use otherwise it will be op, so what's your point?

It's kinda funny because people are really crying out because he got some more buffs and a Mini Hexdrinker while now everybody has access to item 2420 , which apparently is "useless".

Well, the sample size is pretty small and zed is semi difficult AND a lot of bads are gonna pick him up and lose because they heard he's op

Zed becomes OP (he already was, he's just moreso now)... every bronzelord in the world (and boosted bronzelords in plat+) picks him up... winrate goes down...

The highest banrate a character could have is 20% if that character got banned by someone on both teams literally every single game. With a single ban every game, it would be 10%.

5.97% means he's getting banned by someone in nearly 60% of games.

Ban rate is equal to however many times he gets banned per game, not per player. The highest is 100%, but I believe some/all sites go up to 200% if they're banned 100% of the time by both teams.
