why hasn't Riot give viktor some E mana cost compensation buffs after nerfing it?
its beyond my understanding as to why viktors early-mid game wave clear is terrible while having to deplete a huge mana cost.
and of course it was so obvious that Viktor would have his winrate spike down considering how he was at 47% winrate at that time but now 44%....
like are they even trying to "balance" him or just straight up gutting him, by give him flat nerfs and forget about his weaknesses to be able to "balance" him?
whats even beyond my understanding is how yi and fiora gets compensation buffs lmfao and viktor dosent.....
