As an assassin main, this is becoming a joke at this point...

Since day one I started playing league of legends, I realized that assassins really fit my play style and I loved them A LOT. I play Akali Ekko Fizz Khazix Zed Talon Rengar Katarina Leblanc quite frequently in my games. Some I play more than others like Zed.

**However now, My entire playstyle and champion pool are irrelevant in any game I play with them. **

  • I cannot kill ADCs anymore
  • If I do manage to kill an ADC I can NEVER escape
  • Half these assassins are practically pointless to play
  • There way too much I have to go through to kill an ADC
  • I can still manage to get success with Zed in 1v1 and just simple outplay, but then I never have anything to do later in the game
  • Lethality is completely useless, It has provided zero assistance in helping with assassinations

I really would love to see some changes to allow assassins to do their job and have some relevance in a game. The assassin rework was a failed rework and needs to be looked at again.

I really love assassins and I want to keep playing them but I can't anymore. I am forced to change everything to even play this game and win. This kind of thing makes me want to stop playing league and find something else to do :(

Some still manage, but riot took their counterplay philosophy to new levels of shit with most of them.

There are some ADC's which Assassin's can kill really easily. Kog'maw for example. It's just the few OP ones.

As an Ekko main, I agree on that point. Ekko shouldn't even classify as an assassin with only his passive + e proc doing real damage.

He's a skirmisher(like Fiora, Riven, etc), the other subclass of slayers, the first being assassins. He doesn't really burst most of the time, he's all about that consistent damage.

Unfortunately, you won't get any sympathy from the AD and mage mains here even tho your champs haven't been meta since season 4. People just don't like when the "Glass" part of glass cannon gets demonstrated by someone like an Assassin.

Assassins need buffs. Plain and simple. If you need reasoning why, just take a look at how poorly all the assassins are doing. Their entire pattern is negated by Exhaust and Ghost and other "safety" buttons that mid laners have. There's no danger to picking a mage, and that's terrible. There's a danger to picking a tank, in ADCs. There's a danger to picking fighters in hard hitting burst mages and tanks. Fighters are threatening ADs, but ADs and assassins equally threaten each other. The owness is on the assassin to do something absurd and over the top just to survive with a sliver of life and get the kill. They're assassins, not suicide bombers. The entire class is pathetic.

I feel you my man. this rework was so horrible I am getting salty playing assassins because it remembers me of what riot did to them so i do not play them atm.

I mean look the only assassin rework kit I liked was talons but whatever I try on that champ I fail to carry late game going 15/3 early to mid game. still can't kill an ADC or a mage late game I just get bursted down.

all I do now is abusing mages 100-0 my target faster than an assassin and from a safe distance ROFL. sadly this play style isn't so fun as an assassin
