What if Yasuo's W and Sivir's E didnt cancel ults ?
Would it be balanced if those 2 only canceled basic abilities ?
Seems a bit ridiculous you can, for example
ults can be entirely nulified by 1 basic ability.

Then you might as well give them different abilities because those were made with the intention of blocking ults Next you're going to tell me that banshees shouldn't block ults? That champions with untargetability moves shouldn't be able to avoid ult?

no, they were made so them could have a better time farming during laning, blocking auto attacks and basic abilities banshees requires an investment and specific build path, it also has a higher cooldown, blocks only 1 spell and not aa.
What about Morg Black Shield? Should that not block ultimates? What about Fiora's Parry? Nocturn's E? There are prolly more that I am forgetting.
Seeing as how I think Wind Wall and Sivir's E are balanced as of right now, no, it would not be balanced.

ok, lets only consider
's windwall, if
's shield gets hit by an aoe ult (lets say
's) she will only shield 1 person from the damage, but the ult will continue, but
's windwall will entirely eliminate the ult and still remain to cancel autoattacks, abilities, etc. in aoe... its a bit ridiculous

I don't really have a problem with it. I just move around it, go to the other side, or wait for it to drop. it has a 26/24/22/20/18/16 sec CD and only lasts for 3.75 secs, so you just bait it out and then wreck him. Sure it has really messed my combos up before, but that is my fault for blowing everything at once against him.
