Worlds supps are basically hook supports + rakan, its getting stale.
And instead of nerfing thresh/pyke/naut you guys went ahead and overbuffed blitzcrank aswell, good fking job.
Theres more supports in the game than just hook supports, nerf them already.

No. The meta in worlds is, as always, ultra safe. Supports like thresh and Rakan are high picks because they GUARANTEE picks if they land.

The meta in worlds usually sets the tone for the rest of the game because of how the sheep herd. Alpha sheep will play those things in their games, succeed, and beta sheep will pass those things as they follow the alphas. Theres also the fact that generalists like thresh, sylas, riven, vayne, xayah and lee-sin are, simply, very easy to play early on.

Im not a fan because with how much damage is in the game right now it means they hit 1 spell and you die in a CC duration.
Not to mention how its impossible to play melees vs thresh.
