Don't need to explain why there are already countless thread about him. But maybe if we spam Riot will notice and revert him?

Why was he reworked in the first place, old zac was perfectly fine, as was the maokai...

No they weren't. They both had massive design problems and if they were meta at all they were the best pick for everything , Zac was a ultra tank that still had great damage with his % max hp damage and could gank from almost anywhere making warding to stop ganks even harder, And Maokai was a time bomb that when it went off killing him or his teammates was unreasonable hard due to his tankiness and stickiness while still doing good damage with his %Max hp damages.

Ultra tank? Really? Zac? You realize Zac has no shields or instant heals. His only tankiness comes from his passive. His power came from the fact that you had to land a telegraphed skillshot with over a second of travel time that could also be interrupted so the reward was big for that. Zac was never meta because of that reason. In high ELO, it is very hard to land a slingshot when any knock up can interrupt it. If you miss elastic slingshot, it could cost your life or worse, the teamfight. If there is a Janna, Poppy, or Thresh on the enemy team, GL landing Elastic Slingshot. Zac was a rare sight in high ELO and pro play for a reason.

It's not really his numbers that are the cause of this, well they kinda are, but for the most part it is the unreliability of his new ultimate. I mean in a different game with far less mobility that would make him incredibly OP, but as it stands people can just get away way too easily for the ultimate in it's current state to be any good. Also his sustain got nerfed as his ult only drops one blob now compared to four before.
