Can we accept that overloading champs with utility is just as toxic as dmg ?

like this pile of shit is T-O-X-I-C. he builds and you cant do jack shit about this thing permanent shields Q every i dont even know his pet thing mini braum ult its aids. and on top of that he maintains enough base dmg to be annoying. LIKE HOLY SHIT WHO THOUGHT THIS WILL BE A GOOD ADDITION TO THE FKN GAME.. Stop releasing bs broken champs and start fixing the old ones. Ivern was a horrible design Cammile is also a horrible fucking design like sheesh.. much rather have a few months without champs rather having to deal with more and more overloaded toxic shit every game. Why did i bring up Ivern? cause i hoped on my own acc and played 2 games against him and he is as aids as he was. Yes support items have to do with it but still the whole buy some cdr and spamm everything is lame.
