If you take away dynamic queue, people will still use voice chat

I know it feels unfair for a solo player to be up against a group of people. I think the biggest reason for this is voice chat. If you have a group of players using voice chat, and no one on your team is doing it you'll obviously be at a disadvantage due to the lack of communication. And yes, I know it sucks when other people on your team are communicating on voice chat and don't communicate you (assuming you're not in the chat). But even if dynamic queue is taken away, people are still going to use voice chat. They've been doing it long before dynamic queue and they will continue to do so. In order to fix the problem we need to encourage better communication between teammates, regardless of whether they're using voice chat or not.

This is like saying we should get rid of anti-theft laws simply because one time someone didn't get caught.

You don't completely throw a system out just because it's not perfect, degree of the problem is still very much important.

IMO the solution is to add in-client voice chat and give players a non-DQ option.

My point is Dynamic queue isn't the issue. The problem is the lack of communication between players, regardless of whether they use voice chat or not.

Yes, but there is a massive difference between a group already queued and ready to go, who play together a bunch, vs a bunch of randoms all hopping into the same call for one game.
