Are these ping spikes on my end or Riot's?

I'm getting huge ping spikes in my games every 5 - 20 minutes, while it only lasts less than a minute, it has caused me countless deaths in my most recent game with a horrendous KDA of 4/10/11 which should have never happened. Despite winning, I am not pleased with this score.

Definitely on your end Riot has decently stable servers, and if it was on their end, many people would be complaining
