Whats it going to take until Riot addresses Leblanc

She is least fun champion in this game to face against. She is the poster child for low risk high reward. She can kill you instantaneously and put herself at no risk due to her ports. She makes Lee sin look immobile.

The entire game is predicated on her making a mistake because her kit has so much mobility that she can 'outplay' you.

Everyone who isn't a Leblanc player hates her. Every mid player in challenger has her as their most played. She has been a constant pick/ban for well over a year....even during the tank/cinderhulk meta where assassins greatest counters were prevalent. LCS pro's consistently play her and faker has even said she is OP.

And No...the nerfs on the PBE do not fix Leblanc...its a slap on the wrist for a champion who has been terrorizing this game for an entire season. Slightly reducing the speed on her W does not stop her from 100-0 a carry with point and click abilities. It does not open her up to actual risk so she can't just use her Oops button to go in and out constantly whenever you even think of fighting back. It does not fix the fact that facing leblanc is the equivalent of having anal cancer while being kicked in the balls repeatedly by bruce lee whilst Justin Bieber's Baby is played on loop.

Olaf and Urgot got gutted for having low counterplay and being horrible to face. Yorick is never put on the free rotation because of how painful he is to lane against....I've played against all those champions at their worst state....and would gladly face them over Leblanc.
