You've nerfed it 3 times already since it's introduction, in 3 patches, over 3 days. It won't work and it's bullshit. The AD scaling on heal was enough.

I mean, if he can't solo baron at 20 mins with Guinsoo's and Sated, why would people pick him? He already as good early ganks, and the AD ratio is just trash. I would rather pick Teemo as a jungle!

every ability needs 3 seperate conditions and effects that happen at certain magical points with random ratios and base damages pullled out of a hat and tested for 3 minutes against jungle monsters.

every champion must be tanky, do damage, have atleast 2 cc abilities, and be mobile

every champion must synergize with every item in the game, so new players dont make bad choices

every champion must be able to ignore or flat out correct every mistake they make simply by doing anything at all.

every champion must be able to fill every role in the game at equal viability because variety. (even though making every champion have no strengths or weaknesses over eachother kills variety, but hey pick rates right?)

well I mean he isn't as strong as he was on release and since this is Lota now that just won't cut it. I mean fuck it may as well give ekko's ult a 500% ap scaling, make nunu's ult stun everyone inside for the duration,make Master Yi run faster during his ult at rank 1 then quinn using a level 3 ultimate combined with homeguards and mobi boots and have it triple every level, while were at it lets buff alpha strike to jump 15 times and let it hit like brands ult, and you know what while we are at it how about we make tryndamere's ult last 30 minutes. i mean why not THEY THREW THE FUCKIN BALANCE OUT THE WINDOW DURING THE JUGGERNAUTS REWORK SO FUCK IT EVERYONE GETS TO PLAY TRYNDAMERE.

Honestly I'd rather have the ad scaling heal removed. Does Riot not know Xin is mostly played jungle with Devourer? It's already nuts on him, and bonus ad scaling means he can buy damage to further gib you, AND he can backdoor turrets.

solo baron at 35 minutes.. that was before the buffs. now hes the most effective user of guinsues and sated devourer. you could go stalkers blade or sabre. and he still reks face. he didnt need that much of a buff

Dear Riot Make Xin Zhao Q to dash like Azir Soldiers/Fioras Q.Make it triple dash with low range(not auto dash+attack like Fioras) but more like Rivens E. Just use the Renekton E idea. Xin dashes low distance with his spear linear,if Xin hits first Q he is allowed to cast it once again,if he hits second he can cast third(no more knock up on third Q).

actually it IS a good idea HANG ON KEEP READING right now the heal on his z passive is pretty useless, so riot is changing that. Don't worry they'll change xin's values in order to keep him down (I hope)

Xin waiting in a Bush patiently for his prey. A teemo walked over, he kill it in 3 hits. Sated with e q w and thunderlords. Seems legit. Rito should never nerf the glorious build that xin could Fuck up the entire team in a few hits and back door tanking tower, seems legit.
