Does anyone remember the good old days?

When a skill was just a skill, there was no active + passive + passive is increased by X when Y is in effect.

When there were only 2 champs who were immune to CC, and both were attached to ults

when bruisers/tanks actually had to find a way into a back line that required a certain amount of skill instead of using 2+ gapclosers and then having the instant burst to end someone, or the carries actually being able to be killed once they got jumped, instead of just having free mobilty and escapes all over their kit.

I know that I for one miss it

there were a lot less champiosn back then ofc there would be less of that stuff and there was plenty of other op things like you said release xin chao and TF with aoe gold cards with global ult. Also vlad had like 600 range on his Q with a 3 second cd at lvl 1.

Yeah....

Those were pretty boring times. Say what you want about skills, atleast they make things interesting.

Also, when was this? Unless this was in season 1, there was NEVER this situation. Either you had the League of tanks, where everyone bulky went where they pleased, or the League of ADCs, which is what we had now.

we did have league of assassins for a while at the end of season 3 I believe it was. That's when faker became really noticed and things like shiptur playing ahri and winning the game with lichbane dealing about a billion damage an AA on the nexus.

The 2 I remember didn't have it attached to their ults, Morgana and Mundo Oh technically Poppy as well, but she can technically still be CC'd for full duration

Definitely not Olaf if we are talking about the good OLD days Olaf was released around same time as Irelia, only a few months apart

They also introduced Trundle, Akali, LeBlanc, Vlad and Xin around that time too Definitely was the start of the gap close, free stats, anti CC meta

Ah the good old days where Malphite building full tank invalidated any AD champion. Good stuff.
