Any reason why Twitch wasn't included in the Marksmen update?

His stealth move now resets when he gets a kill, so he can go invisible, kill someone, then activate the invisibility again. Also, activating his ult doesn't make him come out of stealth.

also item changes serouisly amped his burst and now hes pretty much THE assassin marksman

100% crit chance shit ton of ad pop out of stealth then delete people

don't even need sustain tbh

the people you'll fighting won't see you coming and if they can then they are already dead

The point of the marksman update was to make them unique and worth picking over the others. Twitch already has this long-ranged stealth assassin niche that none of the other marksmen really fulfill. His changes aren't as drastic because they are highlighting his playstyle instead of reinventing what he brings to the game.
