@Fearless, about that jungle item which allows to smite champions

Make it so using smite on champions would make them deal 50% reduced damage(including smite) ONLY on jungle monsters in next 5-8 seconds. For plays.

Basicaly you are asking for it to deal damage and block the enemy damage via stats lowering (just like exhaust) that is not a good idea :S but i do agree it could be good to have that damage reduction ONLY on jungle mosters, champions should remain unafected else i do see that every suport could rush that item asap for utility purposes / mechanic abuse.

But its it a ITEM or is the Spell Behavior (Smite)? I d say its the Spell but i m not sure since its confirmed that there will be more jungle items comming =0
