How are you supposed to comeback against a fed riven?

Asking this in all seriousness. A riven that got first blood, got another 2-3 kills in lane... how are you supposed to stop that monster from running down all your turrets?

You can't gank her because you risk heavily giving up a double kill for her. you need at least 3vs1 to stop that thing, or else she might "outplay" your ass off with all that mobility, shields, cc and raw damage output.

i am standing here asking you, what am i, as a fellow teammate in that game supposed to do?

Ashe ult then open a can of whoop-ass on her?

Riven's big weakness is that she can't afford to go defensive no matter how ahead or behind she is. She's stuck with half-defensive items with her tankiest build (Items along the lines of BC, DD, Maw, or GA). She never gets durable, not even really as durable as other fighters, so if you CC her and gang up on her she should die.

And, yes, while "just CC them" isn't valid counterplay against a champion, that's only true when they're at a normal state. A late-game champion (such as Riven) being fed is not a normal state. And if your team doesn't have CC...well...you were fucked anyways no matter what the enemy comp was.

Riven loses a lot of her damage if she has to use her mobility to gapclose, burst her outside of her shield, kite her, focus fire her, cc chain her, out teamfight her and use champions with more teamfight value than her in the first place, pick champions who can split against her. so on and so forth. You can also punish mistakes or try to outplay her.

There really isn't much except teamfights and hugging tower (if she's fed though, she can easily dive many opponents)
