So why are you buffing Vladimir again?

Are we going to see yet another nuisance roaming from the top lane? hes already pretty damn obnoxious any good vlad player can easily be un killable once they are given a strong lead. Now these are several buffs given to him

Base attack increased to 55 from 52 [Missile Speed change in testing] Transfusion (Q): AP ratio increased to 60% from 55% Base damage increased to 80/100/120/140/160 from 75/90/105/120/135 Crimson Rush's Double damage (100% extra) lowered to 85%

This is a bit too much and i know the backlash will come maybe a month or two later when a sudden popularity rises with this champion due to over buffing him. He probably actually needs like 1 or 2 of the buffs listed above and not 3. You have to be more careful when buffing these champions you just end up planting seeds that grow into monstrosities in given time. Over the two years i have played this game i noticed your balance team seems to be the type of people who put food in the microwave for 4 min when the packaging instructions say "2 min" now those Ramon noodles are baked what we do now ?
