But what I do mind is that I lose even when I get a perfect scenario with like 4 tentacle spawns and a spirit pull because he just presses R and autos me to death while ignoring the multiple thousands of damage he takes.

Fucking rework tryndamere or gut him to 30% win rate, thanks.
