Solution to Ascended Tank No-Kill Strategy

Just have there be a time limit (like 5 mins) on how long you can be Ascended, and that limit is refreshed every time you get a kill or assist (in a normal this wouldn't be any different than it is now).

There is one potential avenue that could be addressed that has to do with their itemization, Wormarg's.

The general principal in Ascension is that you can't be ascended for ever because you will eventually run out of HP, given that you can't recall to base, and all sustain is cut in half.

Wormarg's however completely nullifies the "Can't go back to base issue" (This is also common in ARAM) and it largely overpowers the healing embargo. (Worse that anyone who gets ascended will likely have enough HP to trigger the passive)

As a result, it's next to impossible to catch the tank at low HP, and difficult to whittle it down with poke. So your only real option becomes to focus the Tank. (And people know how bad that strat usually is)

The simple solution is to sit there and keep trying to capture until you die.

You're bound to win if you don't give up. It'll just be very annoying to do so.

That and perhaps having a suicide pill like in dominion with spawn turrets would prevent this strat from ever occurring.
