I need tips honestly because I don't know how to beat the press-R-shoot-you-from-another-dimension-3-shot-your-whole-team-rat.

this part was fine. You need to know how to position around a twitch as well as have a decent diver, as he's one of the squishiest adcs in the game as well as one of the least mobile.

3-shot-your-whole-team-rat.

here you let exaggeration and salt get in the way of what was supposed to be a genuine post. Twitch doesn't 3-shot anyone without being incredibly fed against an underfed squishy, and he certainly almost never does this against an entire team :3

fine he doesn't 3 shot you but by the time you get to him and kill him hes already chunked your whole team an insane amount and they can usually win the fight cause of it.

Depends who you have on your team. It's important to note that Twitch has a poor laning phase and usually doesn't really scale until about 2.5-3 items

He also gets blown up by pretty much any assassin's rotation and there are plenty of long-range divers/tanks that can deal with him easily, Zac being the best fit to come to mind

Edit: I gotta give credit to SycoBlast, it is incredibly important to keep vision on Twitch. Most of his power comes from his ability to surprise enemies and position for free from his Q, if you can know where he is then you have control on what he can do. Although I don't recommend trying to dive him as an adc in the middle of a teamfight, there are several adcs that can 1v1 him though Vayne and Draven being the top 2 I think

Vision is 100% the answer, and while I know counterpicks != counterplay, pretty much any assassin should make short work of him if he steps out of line for a second. He really has no answers in his kit without his team's help.

Twitch is an ambush predator, once you're in his ambush, get ready to die. You have to try and keep tabs on him and not let him sneak up on you.

Keeping vision on him is a bigger deal than usual because of Ambush. You and your support need ward discipline. And like Slythion said, he should be dove. As an ADC, you could do it (in theory) with an all-in from Vayne (R, stealth Q, E to a wall), use Kalista 's Ult to knock him up and hope your support can lock him down, or use Ezreal 's E to shift in his face and dump a full rotation in an instant. Just some thoughts, hope it helps!
