Set up plants around escape locations, get more mobility in the lane, etc. Make it a W passive and call it photosynthesis, make it slightly more powerful with each W level, bam you're set. Whaddya think?
JhomasTefferson1 votesIt would make Zyra op. She lands a long range root, then places a plant near the person to get ms and past them into their escape route, then blows them up. Not to mention the ridiculous mobility and survivability it gives her. She already has her root/snare thing, which lasts long enough for her to escape, she can place plants to protect her escape routes, and she can use her ult to escape, knocking people up while she runs.

A Miss Fortune1 votesZyra needs a big buff or two. For having some of the highest mana costs in the game, having some of the easiest to dodge skillshots, a trashy passive, and a buggy plant AI, yeah I could see some buffs given to Zyra.
She is a meh Support and a mediocre Mid Laner. She's outclassed by pretty much every champion. If you want a poke Support with CC? Pick Nami. If you want a zone control minion mancer? Pick Azir or Heimerdinger.
I think in the case Riot does buff her they should NOT buff her damage. She does plenty of damage. Though that doesn't justify picking her.

The only reason to be hit by her Q is if you're standing still. A .625 second delay is huge. Not to mention that Zyra can't even afford to miss abilities since her mana costs are some of the highest if not the highest in the game.
Zyra was insanely overpowered when she was released but she clearly needs buffs. She's just outclassed so easily. I want to be able to confidently play her without saying "Wait, why didn't I just play literally any other Mid Laner instead.". She's so weak that people actually consider her as nothing but a Support since she can't stand her ground in solo lane. In Annie's case It's different, she's so strong that she can Support really well.

Horrible plant AI, slow as shit movement speed, high mana costs, and slow spells that also have delays. Not to mention people who want to take her mid can't keep up with the insanely OP, stupid high mobility, atrocities of a champ like

65wQhMlGlT1 votesI think it would be good for Zyra as her base movement speed is quite low and she has no mobility at all. However, the mana regen also sounds really nice due to her high mana costs. I don't really mind what it is, I just hope she gets some bonuses that encourage her to use her plants more often.
