Can we fix Akali

Even after the rework she's by far the most unfun champion to play against... there is little to no interaction between her and the laners and just very little if any opportunities to punish her. she's insanely oppressive top as none of us have the mobility to deal with that or the damage out put to deal with her q empowered auto shroud. she's simply too mobile and has way too many escapes available which just makes the game feel really unfair.. can you please do something about this champ like removing her slow entirely cause she doesn't need it at all....her kits designed around dashing back and forth out of range so her being allowed to slow just gives her more opportunities to abuse lane opponents and prevents melee range autos. The only champs that can truly fight her are aoe and and burst casters who can chunk her from a far range so please make it so I can actually do something to her cause as she is she just comes off as this untouchable unfun carry who just 1v5's everyone cause she has smoke....
