Trolls have too much influence in this game.
Previous game I get a vlad with AD runes and Support masteries (don't know why) and team did an ff at 20 because fizz roamed and got fed off of the Vlad early. I didn't want to ff because we had enough mid-late game power we could negate the fizz and kill everyone else who was squishy.
I go "ok probably won't get anything like that again" get into the lobby for the next game, and right after the first pick says he wants to go top, someone else goes "GG WE CAN'T WIN" "GONNA GO DOUBLE TOP DON'T CARE" and for some reason...another person follows suit and says "Let's make this triple top" I thought they were joking, but no. Gnar, Nasus, Irelia, all with Teleport. The Gnar thought they were bluffing also. Seeing as there's no way to report people from champion select, these two people don't get punished whatsoever for trolling like this. We ask why they do it. "We're not in a promos so don't care".
I never realized that people can troll harder in champion select than in game, and the best part is these people don't get punished as long as someone (me in this case) dodges, but if I decided to go through with it just to report them, then I would have lost 18-21 lp. And no, with at least 3 people going top, farm would be distributed unevenly and it would've been way too easy for the enemy to capitalize off of this, so there was a 95% chance of a loss.
No matter what, I get punished and the trolls get to have their fun and get away scot free. Why is that?
jungler in normals who didn't get that role first, but played it anyways. He claimed he was going to stick it to the meta sheep and show us all, instead he ended up feeding and stealing 2 kills. Never even tried to get dragon. We had two junglers and neither of them did. Our poor ADC ended up flying solo against a
and
lane, so I understood their frustration more than anything.
