This guy is the guy. His ult is a little wonky though. The text for the ability is a bit unclear. How do I redirect the shot where I want it to go? I was playing him last night and the shot would sometimes go the complete opposite way even though my mouse was hovered over the enemy and I pressed R again to shoot it.

If Ornn charges towards the enemy tower when you recast, the ult will fire in a straight line towards the enemy tower, for example.
