If you thought the ADC class was too weak, buff them, don't nerf other classes

is not just gonna buff ADCs, it's gonna nerf other classes.

ProfDrDeath1 votesActually, in this case, removing the anti-crit effect allows Riot to tone ADCs back a bit. The targets they are intended to counter are no longer as durable specifically, allowing the balance team to turn down ADC damage output in general a notch. Meaning, ADCs are no longer as adept against targets who did not itemize specifically against them, while still being able to do their job.
