Every time I lag I ping my ms so I have proof I'm lagging. I don't go by people's word anymore that their lagging unless they ping the ms

I sometimes get this where my fps and ping are normal, but I might still have major lag. With everyone forcing eachother to ping their lag, you cant prove this and your team wont understand.

Ping sadly doesn't show packet loss... and packet loss is when your ping is still mostly fine but the game starts stutter stepping or outright de-syncs for no good reason.

Frames Per Second should be pingable as well.

Though yeah, I'm hesitant to up vote the thread (but will anyway), because while this is true, and funny, I want people to do this more (if they're gonna be that kinda dick), not warn them not to.

fps shouldnt be a problem in this game at all, on high settings i sit around 600-700. This game is not very fps demanding at all compared to other games

Well sometimes windows likes to deny League's ability to access hardware for some reason, and Intel HD graphics can't run this game.

Unfortunately there are people with toasters like me who get FPS drops to 1-12 somewhat frequently so it can definitely be a huge problem

Mine will be at 92 then will randomly drop to 4 in like 0.5 seconds.

i mean saying "bye" makes it blatant they just wanna leave. usually, lagging players (who still care about the game) might be like "hey imma restart my game or my router"

If you are lagging show your ping in chat. If you dont show it it's obvious you arent lagging...

What annoys me is when people call 90 ping lag. The average person's response time is more than double 90 ms. Please don't whine about lag unless you have at least 150 ping.

The thing about ping is that time is added onto your response time. If you were going to respond in 100 ms you instead respond in 190. Which means if you're playing against someone with 10 ms and 170 ms reaction speed you will consistently be worse than the person with a reaction time 70% bigger than yours. This only gets worse with higher ping.
