If you're getting rid of lissandras current passive, you have to lower her mana costs.

I get why you're removing lissandras current passive - it's pretty useless lategame. That's fine, but...

At levels 1-6, lissandra cannot cast a spell unless she has her passive. Why? Because her Q alone eats up about 25% of her mana, her E alone takes about 22-23%, and her W is reasonable (it's like 15%, not bad at all.)

If you need a Q to take out a few minions before they die, I highly recommend not using it because then you have to either

-Not use another ability for 18 seconds -Use another ability and waste a quarter of your mana.

Those 18 seconds are a time where you're vulnerable so obviously you're gonna choose the mana-waste.

No other champion is like this. They all have reasonable mana costs. Lissandra does not and therefore she needs to get them lowered if she's gonna lose her mana-saving passive.

Here is my suggestion:

Current Q mana cost: 85/85/85/85/85 Change to: 60/65/70/75/80

Current E mana cost: 80/85/90/95/100 Change to: 60/70/80/90/100
