So Riot why is it hard to do small buffs/changes to champs that won't break them or require testing?

Garen's ults cool down going to 120/100/80 is probably never going to happen.

Making Lee Sin no longer have SpellVamp in his kit(why is it even here?).

Giving Aatrox slightly more base health, he has about as much as Sona.

Giving Shen mr/level, the reason he doesn't even have it is because he has sustain and a shield, sounds a lot like Lee Sin but he has mr/level.

Singed the same reason as Shen except no shield but he has a form of armor and mr.

Olaf keeps his armor and mr in ult.

The list goes on and on, so many changes you could do but refuse to do it even though it would require little to no testing and wouldn't break the champion.

Garen's is the worst, saying he will kill you when he comes back into lane is the worst excuse when we have the likes of Darius, Riven, Nidalee(her cougar Q out damages Garen's ult), and many more.

darius and riven were both nerfed so that their ult wasnt up when you got back to lane

A champion with that sustain shouldnt be even slightly tanky, ever.

I dare to argue. Aatrox can choose to either do sustain and tanky, or do damage and tanky with his Blood Price / Blood Thirst spell. He's on the weak side of things right now, alongside Taric. They're "good" but there are better picks no matter what.

I wouldnt exacly compare these two... Taric is inferior to most supports, while Aatrox is always a good addition to the team. If ahead, can be really opressive. Competetive scene uses him from time to time with a great effect

Really? I do guess I've been hearing about him played on occasion in LCS recently, though I haven't seen him in any games.

I think one of his biggest flaws is his "Dark Flight" as an escape isn't that good; you stand still for a fraction of a second, giving the opponent a chance to stop your dash with hard cc. I call it "standing still" because even though you jump into the air your hitbox is still in the same spot.

Thats because Aatrox is a badass darkin warlord that goes in and fucks the shit up, while Fizz is just a slippery fish

Theme is important as well

Sure but the Troll Pole is literally just "I jump over everything" even though there are several champions with jump-style abilities, and when you think about it "fucks the shit up" is exactly what Fizz does better than Aatrox or pretty much anyone.
