Since Solo Queue is back, can we make the MMR gap a little more strict in season 7 compared to now?

When Dynamic Queue was released, there were major queue time issues, and Riot attempted to solve this by widening the allowed MMR gap in matchmaking. This led to a lot of issues itself.

We've all seen the high plats matched with low silvers. We've all seen the low plats matched with diamond 1 and higher. He'll, we even saw that one instance of a silver matched with diamond and higher that got some notoriety.

Can we make it so the majority of the time you'll only see people, at most, 5 tiers above or below the lowest/highest member, like in seasons 4 and 5? That would be nice, and solve a lot of the issues that people blamed on Dynamic Queue's functionality, rather than the MMR changes.
