Kayn is overpowered

Your experience of a Kayn having a good game is not reflective of Kayns overall balance.

He is a bad champ. In essence, he is a literal useless piece of garbage for 11-20minutes.

If you go blue, u waited 11-20 minutes to Transform into a worse version of Zed that only works in low mmr where ADC's isolate themselves away from their support.

If you go red, you waitied 11-20 minutes to be a mediocre bruiser. You could have been a mediocre bruiser from the very start, why tolerate 11-20mins of being useless garbage to only upgrade into mediocrity?

The reality is.... His base form needs massive buffs OR the pay off on his transformations needs to be greater, because as they are....they are not worth the wait.

Since your complain is his mobility, I can agree the mobility of blue Kayn is overpowered, but that's the only thing he has going for him. He is weak otherwise. I think they could definitely shift some of his power from his mobility and put it into his ability to actually fight.

If Kayn doesn't take advantage of his mobility and early mana regen early he's pretty much useless the rest of the game.

He's not OP by any means, if he gets ahead early he is strong if not... In all honestly he's just a waste of space and makes it a 4 v 5.

If you got destroyed by Kayn chances are, you got destroyed by someone who understands the champion and the absolute need to get ahead early or be useless all game.

Kayn isn't overpowered, annoying to face and strong in certain situation, maybe but Fizz pre nerf on release was 10x worst for exemple..

Over all his kits is not so bad...the range on his slow/knockup are a bit long. That tends to let bad Kaynes crutch their ult.
