Elise could do with a little push to get her back in favour, so what about adding a slow to her human form w? giving her a little bit of AoE soft CC?

I think Elise can get some buffs to her human Q's percentage damage, so we can have a tank-melter jungler.

I really miss her item 3070 item 2050

One of Elise's main reasons for getting nerfed so many times is because her kit is very loaded. Making her kit even more loaded isn't the solution. She needs her existing abilities to be tuned.

Naha, the only thing to make Elise Viable is the following:

Human form E (Cocoon) - When Elise hits an enemy it will get stunned for (same value as current) seconds. If Elise throws the cocoon on the target that's surrounded buy his allies, prime target will get stunned for the duration while his teammates will get rooted for 1 second.

Ofc that ROOT should affect only the targets in specific radius, not just randomly all enemy champions. Ability could be countered, if you are sticking together, you will all potentially get rooted but if you spread a little bit, it would be harder for Elise to achieve that CC :)

This might be your favourite idea to make her viable but it's not the only way. I mean on the most basic level they could make her viable by reverting her previous nerfs, so I'm really not seeing this AOE Cocoon thing being the holy grail for her.
