I'm having issues with Fiora top lane against Teemo.

Normally before the Fiora nerf, I would generally out trade teemo by Riposing his blind, then punish him heavily for it, but after that I would get punished by him back like 10 seconds later due to my W's cooldown, creating a fair trading processes. But with the current Fiora nerf, he would out trade me really bad and cause me to have problems in lane. But then, when you ask for junglers help, both of us would die in a double kill for him, his blind generally would make it so we can't attack him. I think you should really change Fiora's kit more, now she's no longer a strong top laner or the previous Riven counter as we knew it. Now Riven can easily out trade Fiora if you play right, and most top laners can out trade Fiora easily now too, Fiora really lost her strength as a top laner. I feel like she's better mid now with her nerfed tank shredding potential, and it's easier to go mid because in mid lanes, cc and debuff are common. Yasuo's tornado can be blocked, Zed death mark if timed perfectly, Talon's slows that proc his passive, Brand's stun, Ahri's charm, etc. I mean, I tried her as a jungler, it works but not well, in jungle she would be one of the worst junglers that rely on camping enemy jg and lane. But if she goes bot lane, kiting could be a way to counter her back due to the superior nerf in her E's slow. I had problems with other top lane matchups too but I always end up outplaying them in terms of highly superior skills not terms of champion power.

  Ok, so I been talking for a while now but what do I want about Fiora?

  So now she's a trader who isn't as strong as before, and can be easily destroyed in lane. I think that right now she should be changed to either one of these:

• A semi-tank assassin who snowballs the game, basically a late game monster, but really weak early game. Basically something that does more damage late game with good scaling on her moves and stats that grows overtime. But starts off with horrible stats.
• A high burst assassin who if makes mistakes, gets heavily punished. But has an insane trading power. Basically an actual glass cannon unlike the one right now(The one right now is like cotton candy with like little spikes on it). Basically another Riven(It will be fun to have 2 glass cannons against each other, then it's all about the lifesteal and the damage). Starts off insane superior stats but barely increases less than normal champions each
