I only wish he dragged you to him slower on his Ulti, just to create that sense of "impending doom" with suspense rather than just another pull that kills you
Other than that, laning phase is gonna be absolutely horrendous against him if you're melee but that's nothing new. Initial thoughts/1st impressions are a solid 8/10, great rework

Giving a dash to a RANGED juggernaut is a huge mistake.
Against melee its going to boil down to this : hes winning? just force trades with dash over and over until he kills you/zones you, kiting him is not an option when he has a dash that comes with a fling.
Hes losing? you use your mobility to get into him then he just jumps away, theres a reason darius or illaoi are melees champs without dashes, atleast current urgot is slow and has no mobility, if you managed to catch him out and you're ahead you can kill him, the one is going to be oppressive as hell unless his numbers are shit, his kit is just never going to work in a healthy way.

This usually happened only if the laner had a gold advantage of at least 1 and a half item. Or at least to me it was like that,everyone always underestimated his dmg reduction passive.

But yeah,like most reworks/new champs he'll be too strong at the beginning,They said it's because "in PBE most people don't know how to play the champs or do off-meta like builds" or something like that. The dash doesn't seem too strong mobility-wise IMO,but we'll see once it hits real matches,or youtube's front page.
The good thing? BC is still a perfect item on him. The bad thing? BC is still a perfect item on him. And battlecast Urgot seems less threatening than regular one :/
