Patch 5.9 Zed nerf [link included]

So Zed is getting nerfed in patch 5.9. So he has a 1 second delay before he can recast death make to escape. I think this is good direction Riot is taking for zed because he can't just vanish after doing his quick burst in half a second. I also think this nerf isn't really going to be a good turn out for Zed because he really needs his ultimate to fight and having this delay, a lot can happen in one second. So having it every time might not be good overall for zed since many games are lasting so long into late game it might be good at all
