How exactly does ban and punishment work in this game? It's nowhere near the same as DOTA from what I was told.

I haven't been reported or am in any trouble but it is concerning that account from season 1-2 have been perma banned. Is there a way for accounts from that far back to be allowed to play again? That's a lot of support being wasted. Although is you're so toxic you should just be muted forcefully since toxicity isn't a real issue. I can just hit mute on the screaming rage-can but these afkers and people who go 0/500/0 on purpose in my ranked should be banned out of ranked ques.

Maybe they will eventually, until then people still have to play with them to report them. And when they get panned or warned. The owner can just make another account and try again. You can change the system but you cant change the player, until then there isnt a system that bans the hardware, not just the account, this is dance we all have to face.
