Honest to fucking God, just remove the weapons on the towers.

If they are not going to fucking do anything just remove the fucking weapons on the towers, just make them standing pieces of stone that just crumble apart with no defenses.

You honestly may as well, turret damage is a meme.

Alternatively just make the weapon on the turret disable itself after 10 minutes because after that they barely damage a squishy.
