After all, she's got the moves ;)
For real though, her ult seems kind of dated and it seems Miss Fortune's success seems pre-determined based on whether your team can peel for you/enemy team can dive you. I think MF needs to feel more FUN or REWARDING to play.
It wouldn't be as broken as it sounds, either, because she doesn't have a dash like Lucian (and bullet time doesn't last as long as the culling).
KMannnnn12 votesThe main difference is that lucian's ult is single target and MF's is AoE, so being able to move it would actually be a huge buff.
In short, probably not a good idea, but MF could still use some buffs, particularly her passive.

TakkysApprentic11 votesBullet time penetrates and has the Culling has each shot stop on one target, she gets better damage potential and can clear a massive minion wave better - with good positioning and without super minions in it, or baron buff, or that promotion banner, or ap Alistair healing them.

Lugg1 votesIMHO, MF has one of the weakest ultimates in the game. It does crap damage. I honestly don't ever worry about moving out of it since it is so damn weak. Unless I'm at 10% health on a squishy, there is no way it will kill me. Riot needs to up the damage at least 25% since she it is short ranged and she is rooted in place.
