Sona experimental changes on PBE
Gypsylord is doing some experimental changes for 
!
Aura radius lowered to 300 from 350.
[Q] Hymn of Valor Cooldown changed to 10/9/8/7/6 from 8
[E] Song of Celerity Self decaying Movespeed increased to [30/32/34/36/38% (+8% per 100 AP)] from [13/14/15/16/17% (+7.5% per 100 AP)] Ally Movespeed Boost increased to [12/13/14/15/16% (+5% per 100 AP)] from [10/11/12/13/14% (+3.5% per 100 AP) ] Crescendo scaling of (+2 / 4 / 6%) removed.
Basically, it's a buff. She gets to use [Q] more often in teamfights and her own movement has been vastly improved at a small cost of aura radius and late-game base [E] scaling.
I don't think the change to [Q] is going in the right direction since it only reinforces usage of 
- but with how rushing it has become an even worse decision because of the mana changes, it's not that bad. The massive bonus MS from [E] is much appreciated.
