When someone is 95+ Lp and win the game the game should count as a promo win. Because f off. promos are already lame when you have to play a whole extra game just for 1-5 lp is ridiculous

ThePartyLeader6 votesOr just get rid of promo games. Then if your lp is at 100 and your mmr is at least equal to the next tier it just promotes you there.
I know it's a crazy idea to have your actual skill rating decide what rank you are but maybe it's worth a try...

Not to mention that in the current system it's possible to get promoted to gold 5 by beating a silver 2 if you have normal/low mmr and he has high/normal mmr. System makes 0 sense.

80569230_DEL3 votesSomeone came with a very interesting idea but I forgot who. Increase the maximum LP to 110. Any LP over 100 counts as a promotional win, but you have to win another game to get promoted. And if you lose a game, your LP won't drop as much cuz the LP don't cap at 100.
SlntReaper2 votesAs much as it seems like an "ideal solution", it's not a good idea. If it was implemented it would essentially create the same mentality that "oh i have 94 lp so we need to reduce to 90 lp for promos". The posts would have a different name but same idea. Better to keep the old system and not waste time. Also don't circlejerk me pl0x.
