Seriously, as people have stated with Poppy's shield-kill interaction, Sion doesn't get any HP from those plants either. It's why they don't proc ability effects that proc off dying, since Karthus doesn't get mana back from them.

DunkinNoobs1 votesDoesn't work on buildings though. And healing W will proc on wards and plants but damage W won't hurt you but will consume the charge. It's a very weird ability.
