Broken permabanned monster in pro play when strong, but bad basically everywhere else and gets nerfed constantly because of pro play. Even before her rework it was mostly the same thing unless the meta wasn't in her favor. She needs a lot of fundamental changes to her kit if she is ever going to be a good solo q pick while not being overpowered in pro play.
Handy Sandy 5 votesI feel like her problem right now is her mobility and waveclear. One of them just has to go. Her passive is just stupid right now, it has an 80% AP ratio which is just so high. Then her chain does 100%.....They should just revert her.

She cant WQ clear entire wave until she reaches around level 9 and even then she has to group minions in 1 spot and then kill them after 2 seconds. On top of having 18 seconds cooldown on her distortion since its maxed last. Le bl also cant imedieatly return back to distortiong so clearing waves with her can easly get you killed if enemy team is sieging
Her mobility also aint better due to distortiong being maxed last as said before. I mean protobelt became core (Gunblade if you are bad) but still..
Also Le blanc has nothing to do with Azir. They are 2 different spectrums

She was never good at clearing waves when sieging, but before she had to w and then rw and even then it didn't kill the melee minions.

LeBlanc is the way she is because of certain interactions in her kit with the way items work and her ability to deal burst damage with little risk at all, while also having wave clear. Basically, LeBlanc does one thing way too damn good with little pay off, while Azir does too many things with little pay off.

What? No. Pre rework LB was ignored in pro play (at least for 3 seasons, she was picked in s3/s4 iirc) and was somehow balanced in SoloQ after they removed her silence and nerfed her. She was at around 47/48% winrate with a ~3% playrate.
She needs a lot of fundamental changes to her kit if she is ever going to be a good solo q pick while not being overpowered in pro play.
They could revert her and change the way sigil of malice works. They could give it the Akali treatment and make it so the first part of the spell has 30% of total damage and 70% on the proc. No more QR oneshots unless you hit your crappy E, no more waveclear = LB is balanced again. Not super healthy, but still better than this champ that isn't fun to play as AND against.

Burst Mage: Reduce the tether range and leave the damage alone, just make it risky to apply.
Kite Mage: Keep her cc as it is but make her rely to her safeness to deal constant damage rather than dive in and 2 clicks anything less tanky than full MR Galio.

This means that they're going to change one or two of her spells in order to make her kit more healthy. I doubt they'll get rid of Mimic because her ult is what gives her a unique identity nor do I think they'll touch Distortion (because her mobility is what allows her to be an assassin).
They'll most likely change Ethereal Chains and/or her passive. Her rework likely won't be released until sometime next year but yeah, I do think that she's unhealthy and hopefully they'll get around to reworking her soon.

Riot saddly has not given a time frame but they did said that the reworks to udyr, azir and Leblanc will all come out after 7.19 in that order. So probly Leblancs rework will be around October to mid November

Kloqdq1 votesI'd like chains and her passive to see changes mostly. Maybe see some other gameplay changes on Q, W and R just to tighten them up a bit. LBs current kit has potential but it's very lop-sided with the power it has (a lot of her damage is in the passive pop where is should be that little extra damage like a zed or talon passive. It's not ALL the damage).
