was trying out evelyn and thought it might be decent on her. you'd have to bring it down to have only 20 ap to be around the same price range of 2250 gold. % dmg over time to jungle creeps is also great on tanks in the jungle who can't clear as fast.

LilxPaprika2 votesya thats what im saying. the passives would be unique so cant stack you either get the jungle item or liandries. it would build off enchanted jungle item and like hp with magic pen and % hp dmg to only minions. instead of haunting guise .. then turn into liandries or something.

hence why making it a jungle item would be nice since you can get chilling smite with it
LordKentravyon1 votesI actually love RoA on tanky junglers with AP ratios considerable health, AP and with that and juggernaut im free to reap the effects of those high reistance, no health items (like thorn and FH) I get it on Sej and Naut a lot with solid success
It also makes their carries fear you even more, on top of your lock down you can chunk them yourself and force them out of the fight / kill them
LilxPaprika1 votesExcept rod of ages is more for mana hungry champs. Evelyn has passive regen. Its really the juggernaut item that confines a lot of my builds. If I choose to have my DPS items on something other than jungle item I'm stuck getting juggernaut. Its not bad and definitely has a place.
I sort of feel like we should just do away with jungle items and just have any item be able to bind to machete.
