Fiddlesticks (QoL?) buff

How about allowing Fiddlesticks to blink in the direction of your cursor even during the 1.5s ult channel. Perhaps you change your mind mid-channel which way you want to blink.

If not, then how about giving a reduced CD/partial CDR refund when interrupted. Feels bad having to wait another 140s because you got CC'd or silenced during channel when that's really your only playmaking move.

Fiddlesticks is not allowed to be good in any way. If any player does well on this champion, it will be nerfed harder than it already has.

He's actually not in bad shape atm. But people prefer to follow their own beliefs rather than test them out.

Ah, but SOME players do well on Fiddlesticks (e.g., Gold to Master on Fids?). It's just that they are not the open view, streamer types -- it's like the OTP Morgana who used her to climb to challenger. Even after the buffs, Morgana main was off the radar until some streamers and pro-players brought attention to the player's success. (Please stop playing Morgana guys so I can play her more often. :) )

First point: Hexflash?

Second point: Why? Other champions suffer from similar problems when they get their ult interrupted.

Do you think he should then get the Sejuani treatment and take some power out of ult and put it elsewhere in his kit?

Not really.

If you take the power out of the ult, then you would kill him as supportlesticks and probably even further reduce his viability. The cd/interrupt issue can be dealt with by just picking your moments to hit the R.

Note that there are some fiddlesticks mains and one-tricks (e.g., two in Korea made it to Masters and the NA player made it to Challenger this season maining fids). See if you can take a look at how these players (Nikone NA, 긴 밤을 지나 Korea, w peng cheng ccc Korea) play - it will give you ideas. In all three cases, given below (Master+ fids mains), they don't build or play fids the way you see it in plat and lower.

Some op.gg's to get you started: http://www.op.gg/summoner/userName=wpengchengccc http://www.op.gg/summoner/userName=%EA%B8%B4%EB%B0%A4%EC%9D%84%EC%A7%80%EB%82%98 http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Nikkone

Isn't that proof that too much power is allocated on the ult then?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Fid was originally a jungler/mid?

Actually as one of the older champions, he didn't really have an allocated role - as was typical for Riot's habits up til about season 5-6. (E.g., "Fiddlesticks is versatile and can go in a variety of lanes." - to quote Riot's early notes on the champ, repeated in the League wiki.) He just gradually found himself played more in jungle and Riot adapted him for that. Heck, if you dig far enough back, you can find lists of him being a preferred support to use for a counter pick against adc's such as Graves, Draven, Urgot and Corki (you can't make this stuff up, seriously!).

As for too much power in the ultimate, that depends on your perspective. Some higher tier players find that they can create a lot of mischief on a gank with a quick fear, auto, drain and then dark wind.

Thats not a QoL buff, but I think it'd be cool.
