I'm sitting here playing Sion against a Vlad, and I want to get another MR item because he's racking up kills, and when I look through my options, none of them are cohesive. Spirit visage into...No, Abyssal isn't good for this situation...Adaptative helm doesn't really affect him since none of his abilities have shorter than a 4 second cooldown, and the mid laner is Zed...Banshee's Veil isn't really a tank item anymore...

zz doesn't give health, and having locket on the support and me is a waste of gold

Abyssal is also a good item on sion after sv, locket scales better on top laners, it's not really a waste of money, na pro teams were buying two last split, and with the new support item changes locket will prolly be built more on the top lane tanks so supports cam get different items.
Need Gold 4 Tent2 votesLocket is OP, especially if you're a teamfighter tank. It pretty much cancels out initiation aoe damage if you time it right, which greatly turns the tide of a teamfight. If you're seeing 1k+ max damage blocked, you doin it right.

Two. And lets say I was poppy, who is a tank that does all physical damage and can't benefit from Abyssal? The items are too specific in what they are meant to deal with. Yes, Visage Banshee's was too general, but atleast you never felt bad for buying one knowing the passive part is going to waste
