Let's Give Karthus some buffs!

My possible suggestions:

Change his Q to 50/70/90/110/130/ with an AP ratio 40% or 50% AP (100/140/180/220/260 with an AP ratio of 80% or 100% AP on single targets)

Change his E to 50/70/90/110/130 with an AP ratio 40% AP

Change the AP ratio on his R to 80% AP

I'm not suggesting he get ALL these buffs (because that would make him the most OP champ in the game, and I'm pretty sure I'm overpowering these as it is, but I'm not good at balance numbers) but I'm just suggesting he get at least ONE of these changes. I'm more for buffing his E, since I remember a Riot Staff Member saying that Karthus's Damage is a bit inconsistent in particular to his E.

Feedback on these possible changes is appreciated (especially if it's from a Red :) ) Let's give Karthus some Balanced Love!
