Now that Lux has gotten needed QOL buffs on a couple of her abilities, it's time to increase the CD on her ult. She is pretty OP at the moment and this would be the best fix IMHO, since it's been way too short for a long time.

It has good base damage, 3000 range, and a .75 AP ratio. That is very strong.

Plus, you do know that at max rank and max CDR that her ult is on a 33 second CD right?
