Why does Twitch's ult last half as long as Vayne's?
And one third as long as Riven's

well 850 range piercing shots cant last for that much right?

Towers can still pew-pew Riven and Vayne in the face when they ult.
There's also the issue with actually using the AD steroid in the case of all 3 champions: Due to it's massive range: Twitch has an easy time constantly smacking things through his ult's full duration. Due to her mediocre range: Vayne has issues using her ult's damage-amp for it's full duration. Due to her melee range: Riven isn't going to be constantly smacking things for her ult's full duration.
Larger range and much more AoE Damage.
I don't know, maybe because they are different champions.
For starters, Twitch gains massive range and can auto attack through targets, hitting everyone they pass through (while also marking them with his passive)

Why are you complaining about Twitch's ult allegedly not being as good as Riven or Vayne's when he's a much stronger champion right now?
Also, Twitch has an attack speed steroid nearly as good as Highlander after he comes out of stealth, and his ult hits everyone his autos go through, and considering Runaan's is core this means he can hit three or more people consistently in a team fight. His ult, considering the rest of his kit, is easily stronger than Riven or Vayne's in a team fight.
In a messy teamfight, where you can barely see where Twitch is, compared to Vayne, where she is at your face...
Yeah, I definitely don't Twitch's ult to last as long as Vayne's ult, no.
Low elo community on the boards proves once again they atleast 5 patches behind...Twitch is far from being weak, he is actually one of the better adcs right now.
his ult also gives him a massive range boost and makes his autos pierce targets so you don't even have to be as precise... yeah so much weaker than the other two
I still think Twitch's ult is much stronger than either of those.
Riven and Vayne's ults both give more bonus AD than Twitch's. Both have ways to peel for themselves to utilize that damage. Twitch is purely offensive, yet his steroid is shorter and less powerful than theirs?
Yes,
ult has more potential damage, but it's very unlikely that he gets that perfect lineup to maximize it.
A 10 second Spray and Pray would be too strong, yes, but I think it should be changed back to 7 seconds like it used to be, or scale with level, adding 2 seconds on per point in it.

5v5 team fights are extremely common in League of Legends and which way they turn in the late game is incredibly important in determining who will win. There is no question in my mind that the ridiculous range and AoE from Twitch's ult is at least 15x more useful in a teamfight than all the advantages of Riven and Vayne's ults added together. It takes twitch from occasionally throwing a pot shot at the enemy tank to easily doing full dps to two or more of the enemy team's back line simultaneously. Riven and Vayne's mobility and peel still don't make them as safe in a full blown team fight as Twitch's range allows him to be.
Twitch is incredibly weak right now. Ever since Kalista came out, the only thing he brings to the game is a stealth option which isn't really that great for somebody who doesn't really function as an assassin. His passive is negligible and can pretty much be ignored unlike Darius. His Q is cool, but only useful if you have allies to help set up the kill which already lets the enemy team know that there is danger present. His W doesn't even do damage on its own like other similar slows and just adds to his passive stacks instead. His E is signficantly less impressive than the similar mechanics from Varus or Kalista. As mentioned here, his ult's damage and duration isn't impressive (especially when compared to Vayne's ult or just even Kayle's E) and the distance advantage is almost ignorable with a 5 second timer when you have Ezreal, Corki, Caitlyn, Jinx, and Kog'Maw all able to spit that kind of ranged damage out constantly.

Kalista has nothing to do with Twitch, they're completely different adcs with completely different strengths and weaknesses that give them completely different niches in a team composition.
Twitch is incredibly weak right now.
No he's not, you're literally insane if you think Twitch is incredibly weak.

Twitch has maintained a win rate this good all season, despite his playerbase mostly consisting of inexperienced noobs.
What Twitch needs is for either his AD boost or AS boost to be more easily accessible. IE not on a 5 year delay if injured, or not on a 10 year cooldown.
