So a 50g item completely invalidates an ult

You know this is a massive hit to teemo. What happened to not having a cheap item to invalidate part of a champs kit?

its less destructive then a sweeper lense. its stationary, visible, and can be destroyed. so i dont think its really that big of a hit to teemo, you could do the same thing with a pink before.

In-fact, It might be an upgraded pink since it otherwise functions as one but with the addition of disabling wards and traps.

more of a re-balance, it no longer reveals invisible units so champions like vayne, akali, etc can stealth right on top of them and not be able to be seen, to compensate it disables traps.

the new "control ward" id assume, it spots camo'd champions and disables traps (i think, dont have pbe so all i have is shitty youtubers not knowing how anything works to go off of)

Wards stay at the same place for like, 10x longer than the duration of any of the sweeping lens.
