Why Do I Constantly Get Unranked Players On My Team?
Seriously, this shit is retarded. I'm about to start checking every lobby and dodging because it's almost a guaranteed loss every time.

High/Mid Silver is typically the MMR that a fresh level 30 account starts at.
4 remakes in the last 10 games, multiple unranked players on my teams. Frustrating.
Everyone doing their promos should start at Bronze V MMR and gain increasing MMR based on winning multiple games in a row. Starting at 1500 MMR and going down per loss is just half ass backwards.
If you know that 70% of players are Silver 1 or below, and around 35% are Silver 5 or up, then you know the average player is probably Silver 4 or 5. This is where placements start, and people can climb or fall from there. If you really struggle to get past this mark, you are part of that average player base. You can improve and climb, or you can complain and stagnate. It's up to you.
Starting at 0 MMR is not a good system either, btw, because it creates a situation where you have to climb over the bottom half of the player base to even get half way "okayish" teammates. Starting with the assumption that any given player is of average skill level makes a lot more sense, and is much more considerate of player time.
No it's not, there are 10 games in placements. The amount of MMR gained per win can be adjusted to equal out to the current system. There's absolutely nothing wrong with starting players at Bronze V MMR. Any player who is "average" could easily win at Bronze V MMR regardless of how good or bad their teammates are. It wouldn't be difficult to win one game at Bronze V MMR then the next game the system can test you at Bronze 1 MMR, after that mid Silver MMR, if you keep winning, high Silver / low Gold MMR. That's how most other games do placements. It makes zero sense to give an "average starting point". Everyone SHOULD start from the bottom because that's the standard way of ranking in almost every single game.
Yet another ranked game with unranked player--- He fed.. we lost. This shit gets old fast.
Thank you Riot.
