Seriously guys, who do you think are just all-around balanced champions? Please put their name/portrait and provide a reason why.

Nami Jhin Thresh -anything before this patch. He needs a little tone down now. Ezreal -Is my candidate for most balanced champion in the game overall. He has never really been number 1 adc and broke the game like cait for example but has always been about number 3 on the tier list

did you play during blue ezreal meta or runeglaive meta?

I played in blue ezreal meta I heard the runeglaive meta was pretty bad but from what ive heard it wasn't as bad as cait was last patch. Imo blue ezreal wasn't really game breaking. It was just strong. You could still play other stuff into him and be just fine.

Edit: I'm also only s4 so maybe the blue build was actually just people being bad. I wouldn't know at high elo cause i suck at the game

Leona she has a good kit and a lot of stuns. easy to play against if you can sidestep impossible if not

You'll get a lot of mixed answers and opinions, which i guess is what you want. Aside from opinions, any champ with 50-51% winrate is balanced no matter how annoying to fight.
